This was the first case I'd ever done from the collection, and I was really impressed. As a True Crime lover, I was hoping that it wouldn't be too easy or predictable and I am thankful that wasn't something I had to worry about. I was impressed with the effort into small details and how we had to really dive into the clues and all the information that was given to us.
For a 4/5 difficulty, it wasn't too challenging or too easy either, it felt just about right. The only thing I would have liked was a little more information to work with to build the characters, their backs stories and relationships with one another a bit more. I think more fleshed-out characters would have helped make the murderer and their motive make a little more sense. I'm going to nit-pick just a little because I'm a True Crime fan, I think it would have been cool to have some more evidence around the murder weapon - like fingerprints or DNA or even Luminol testing - just because I felt the reveal of the murder weapon came out of the blue.
My friends and I had a great time doing this together. We debated evidence and suspects and discussed different theories about motive. Overall, I definitely recommend this one!
I can't wait to do the next case!
