It usually take players around 60-120 minutes to solve the case depending on which one you get and how experienced you are at solving them.

Missing clues and no response from their team

A crucial clue was missing from the package and it ruined the experience. I emailed the company regarding the issue and they did not reply as yet and it’s been a few weeks . The worst part is that it’s a once off experience so you can’t even reuse it or even give it to someone else .

SWANIX YEAR END

We ordered the Hiker case for our year end function, I was worried that since we were 16 people it might be difficult to go through the evidence, and boy-oh-boy was I wrong, we all had extreme fun, everything was greatly detailed and we could not get enough of it! It took us an hour to complete, and we had a pizza after to celebrate that we CRACKED THE CASE!
