Delivery

We offer door-to-door delivery via courier across South Africa which takes approximately 3-5 working days. We have made sure to supply the best possible delivery available with our trusted courier partners.

Standard courier (3-5 working days): R95

Express courier (1-2 working days): R130

Once your order has been collected by the courier you will receive an email with your tracking information. Otherwise you can head to the tracking page and enter your order number to track the progress of your order. If you would like to follow up with your order or are having any issues please contact info@onthecase.co.za. 

Refunds:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it or a full refund, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from On The Case and nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

In general, you can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:

  • It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
  • It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
  • It is not missing any accessories or parts;
  • You request a return within 7 days of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product. After 7 days you can only return a product if it is defective within 6 months from delivery to or collection by you.

The cost to return an unwanted item is for the clients account. Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 7 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference - A store credit will be given for all amounts less than R350). Please bear in mind that refunds can take a few working days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

If you are wanting to exchange your order for something else, you will be liable to pay both the return and replacement courier fee as per the below:

R100 return fee + R100 replacement fee

Total: R200

Exchanges will only take place if:
